COMMENTS: There are three ways to add comments in PST. Please make sure to choose the correct one:

• Job Comment: When you are the only server on the job, you can use this for general comments, unless you are adding an attempt.
• Address Comment: On a shot-gun job (when two or more servers/addresses are on the job), comments should be linked to the address in question.
• Attempt Comment: This should ONLY be used to add an attempt. Each comment is treated as a separate attempt on the job.
